Refund policy

Return period:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of items:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@heatifytech.com and include your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide further instructions.

Refund processing time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping is free of charge.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will of course cover all return costs.
